Hey everyone,
I'm thinking about entering a contest in the next few months. I have been both using Nair for men and shaving area slike chest and arms any other better contest suggestions for hair removal? to keep the hair off for longer (give me a break I'm Italian!) Nair usually works for 4-5 days and shaving 3. Any one better? any thoughts?? Take care !

I stick with shaving, but if you really want the hair to stay off for awile.....wax. Its gonna hurt, but, it works.

i think that shving will make the hair grow faster and thicker but waxing will make the hair thiner and your skin will feel more smooth and it will grow less as the time goes by...

yeah, shavin wont do that. not for one time at least.
wednesday before the show (and before your first coat of pro-tan), take off all the hair....be it waxing, shaving or nair. shower and then put on your pro-tan or dream tan.

If you dont have to much hair there then nair wont work. your either gonna have to have someone shave it or get it waxed. i actually got my back waxed one time and it wasnt so bad. im not very hairy, but i had it done anyway just for the hell of it. its uncomfertable, but you do what you have to do.

it wouldnt work. if you shave the hair off then you cant wax. but even if you shaved the hair off and there was enough to wax off it would still hurt hte same amount. look at it like mowing a lawn. if the grass starts at 2" then you mow it down to 1" so you dont burn it. then you mow it down again to 1/2".....its still gonna fuck up the grass in the long run.

I just get really good razorz, a good shaving cream, and shave my whole body thursday, (show is saturday)


make sure you shave your whole body at least 2 weeks before shaving thursday, so its easier.

i prefer to shave wednesday (saturday show) because i dont like shaving with the pro-tan on.....but im not that hairy so its not to hard for me. i do touchups throughout the days leading up to the show though, you will miss spots so you kinda have to.
