Does it help to wear extra layers - like a sweater, during cardio? Am I just ridding myself of water or boosting my fat burning? Am I risking muscle loss while doing this?

Thanks.

Well I would think that to mantain a higher body temperature you would have to expend more energy with the heat requirments. But then again it might be an effect of the insulation from the extra clothing.

ye the extra clothing will cause you to be alot warmer...if you really wanna insulate the heat, dont bother with extra layers...get a black bin liner, cut the head and arm holes and wear it under a jacket. i would check out the science behind it first though. give freak350 a pm, i bet he has some input for ya
