If U arrive pretty lean the day of da contest its wise to shitload? U know a fat+sugar combo like twinkies
for better look onstage..if yes ..how many time before getting onstage ?

if u aren't real carb sensitive, meaning that simple carbs like white rice and potatoes don't make you bloated, i would eat clean foods the morning of the comp like chicken and a potatoe or ground beef, stuff like that. starting about two hours out from when i thought i would be onstage, i start eating ricejakes with jelly about every 30 min. go by the mirror and how u feel. if u start feeling bloated back off.

the sugars will give you that last bit of fullness and improve vascularity

you diet for 10-12 weeks, wait untill after too pig out. you schould eat the same thinghs that you used during the precontest ....you dont want 2 shock you body, it is allerady stressed
i did pigeating 2 many times, and distroid all the hard work.
