We all have different ways of preparing and thats the beauty of the sport. The consensus of opinion is to do nothing three days out, The whole idea is that at this stage you will be storing the body with glycogen by " carbing up". the other reason is you dont want a bloated muscle that obscurs the fine detail and training legs three days could possible obscur the sharpness and muscle detail, however as I said this is individual, some guys wont train their legs for a week before the comp, personaly my shut off point is 4 days and the only way to find ths out is by experimenting!
