chocomamey NPC Lightweight Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 78 Rep Power: 0	Hi folks im recently preparing for a local contest ..and at this moment im ripping up but I always find it difficult on what to do to really get my legs shredded like it they were attacked with a hatchet.. Im 2 weeks out ..at this final weeks i always go very low in carbs like 50 gr or less cuz is depletion phase
