I got 3 questions on 3 different topics. Hope you guys got some good answers.
First question:
I have a refeeding day every saturday where I eat whatever I want. Is that a bad move when Im supposed to carb deplete the next week, or do you think it will benefit me as my metabolism will skyrocket?

During dehydration do you recommend to drink a lot of green tea, coffe, pepsi max or whatever that contains a lot of caffein to drive the water out? Or should I just stick with regular water? Is sitting in a sauna a good idea?

Depleting workout. I recon I should just go through what I always do, but up the reps to 15 on each set. I was thinking though, is it okay to do 1 heavy set for each musclegroup to help the muscles maintain better? I was thinking 1 heavy set on squats, deads and bench particuallary.
