Thing is , that I have always been told to listen to one person not sooo many, there are soo many different ways of contest prep, or doing anything for that matter, that alot of the info you get is good, but its conflicting, meaning some would say x amount of carbs then x amount of cals, whilst others have a completely different approach, both may work but niehter will if you try to use both approaches.
Does anyone know any good Advisors?
I just figured there may be some seasoned competitiors out there that act as or know some advisors, again TY for your time.
