I posted this in the supplement forum aswell, so this is just incase some of you guys missed it...

As you all know diuretics are used by many pro bbders around the world for pre contest prep to get rid of unwanted excess water weight, but using diuretics are VERY DANGEROUS, & can lead to many unwanted side effects like; an upset stomach, feeling faint or dizzy, low blood pressure, abnormal heart beat, feeling sick, digestive problems, skin rashes like hives, itchyness redness, gout, muscular pains, cramps & in some more serious cases even DEATH or the loss of a kidney. The use of these supplements can also upset the balance of minerals in the body, especially potassium levels.

I came across Absolute Nutritions Water Shed last night, which is alot more less harmful to the body, with NO unwanted sides...

Here's a review of it from bb.com
If you take your exercise and supplementation seriously, water retention is something that just seems to go along with it. Pro bodybuilders have used diuretics to get that ultra 'tissue thin' skin look. When the water's out-- vascularity is in! Who wants to look like a human water balloon anyhow? Now, you can have that prescription potency without those 'rough on your system' side effects. You want to lose the water and not a kidney, right? Then try Absolute Nutrition's super evaporator formula, Watershed.

Unlike other mass market supplements, Watershed combines all natural herbal extracts which have been designed to synergistically work together for maximum effectiveness. This makes it the most potent diuretic definer on the market today. Absolute Nutrition has carefully chosen herbs that are rich in "volatile oil constituents." These elements have a history of diuretic ability, and that's what Watershed delivers. Absolute Nutrition's meticulous step by step process assures this products' potency and freshness. Watershed works fast so you'll see results right away. Stop bloating and start defining.

What's In It?

Serving Size: 2 Tablets
Servings Per Container: 30

Amount Per Serving:

Potassium (from Potassium Gluconate) 200 mg
Proprietary botanica blend 200 mg
Cornsilk stylus
Couchgrass rhizome
Rose hips 4:1 extract

Goldenrod herb (aerial parts) Celery seed 4:1 extract
Dandelion root standardized extract 5:1 (20% taraxasterol)
Uva-ursi 4:1 extract 250 mg
Parsley 4:1 extract 250 mg

Other Ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate and pharmaceutical glaze.

Directions: Take 2 tablets in A.M. and 2 tablets in P.M. Drink a full 8 oz. glass of water with each dosage. Use for only 3 days consecutively. Take one day off, begin again. It's helpful to drink water throughout the day.

Don't know about the rest of you, but this product has definetly caught my attention. I will be buying 3 tubs of this, when i start cycling them later on in the summer, maybe by mid august, I'll keep you all posted in how I look & feel...

Sorry for the long read fellas, but I hope you all found this info useful
