Sup man! You look right on track for 16weeks out. As long as you have a sound diet and a good training routine you will be fine. The biggest thang is keep positive people around you dieting blows- but so much easier when catz have your back. What part of KY do you live in- im at FT Knox planning on doing another comp in Oct!If you close by could use another training partner that is serious bout lifting

Im looking for another show to do before the Kentucky Muscle cause that will be my very first show and i wanna get the nerves out.

Its great to have somone positive around you, gotta stay focused and dedicated otherwise its all for nothing

Monster Mash is big bra, my dude back in Ohio does it each year. Are you natural?- cus most of the NPC shows arent tested and they got some straight beast there.
Man dont worry bout those nerves man- once you get on stage you will love it showin off all the hard work.
