Here I am going to post what I eat everyday, what I trained etc...I am not necessarily preparing for a contest but this is the most logical place to post it I think. Anyone that wants to watch me cutting and what I eat, how I train etc please do. Feel free to post any comments as well.

I'm currently 25 years old. 5'9 262lbs and have never competed before. I have about a solid year of lifting under my belt, the only previous lifting was in highschool for one straight year and thats it.

Keep it up, and just stay consistent bro, eat at the same time everday, write everything down. So that way in a few weeks if you dont notice change, you know exactly what you put in your body and what you need to change.

Don't really know what my bodyfat is, I'm guessing somewhere between 15 and 20%, but not really sure on that. My fat is mainly in my stomach area. Will remain consistent, cheated a little over the weekend, going to see what the scale says today at the gym to see how my body responded to that.

I'll keep you all posted.

Thanks,

Biggn
