most people get around 4 to 5% bodyfat for a show, some of the guys have the ability to get to 3% and below for a short time.

Well.. I have my doubts that people go down 3%... There are drugs out there that will make your bodyfat look smaller than it really is

If he was less than 3 he would be dead or severely hospitalized, 4 is probably the norm for pros

I dont think the fat that they messure is the fat around the inner organs, else flex would not feel so good

Have you seen Flex Wheeler at the 1993 Olympia (vid clip). That TV guy says his body fat was zero point zero.

What bodyfat do you guys think I have, last measurement was at decembre, it was 5% on 4000 calories a day. But this picture was taken later.

You look low Glen, its hard to tell without seeing a front shot, id say 6-7 maybe, but once again, if you are 2% body fat you are dead, the jews were not at 0, flex wheeler was not at 0, 4% is insanely low, some pros get in the 3's, not lower.

you wanna bet money on that? Im a WW2 buff when doctors came in and did test some of the jews were at 0% body fat the average being 2%. DOn't tell me it's impossible. DONT BE A DUMMY VOTE FOR GUMBY!

most of them died
the docters said it was 0% because what they could feel was only skin
but with 0% nobody can life

Name your price, seriously i will bet my entire life saving. How many times can i say it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSSIBLE to stay alive at that low a body fat. You may understand WW2, but you do not understand physiology.

alive is alive im not childesh enough to actually bet on this. Go to any doctor and ask them if it's physically impossible. You'll be surprised.

No i won't be surprised, ive studied enough to know the answer to this, I am not arguing out of ignorance. I know exactly what the answer will be. Any less than 3% and your body starts to shut down, that is a fact. This is rediculous.
