Okay guys its been a very long journey for me but I finally got on stage. I came down from 280 lbs about a year and a half ago and weighed in at 191 for my show. I ended up getting 7th out of 8 which was very disappointing but at the same time I am in the best shape of mmy life. I was also able to get a personal critique from a judge for things to help me in the future.
So now its time to finally be able to concentrate on putting on size!!!!!

Thats awesome!!!!! 7 of 8 for your first show and after only a year and a half is nothing to look off. Just immagine if you do another show in a year and a half from now, you maid huge imorovments in your physique, justt keep doing your thing.....Good Luck.

Yea you should be real happy man. You lost alot of weight and you look and feel awhole lot better. Congrats on the placing nothin to be mad about- it is a learning experience and you will do some much better in your next contest.

Than you for the positive feedback guys, I really appreciate it. Hopefully now I have lost all this fat next time around it wont be as hard to get down and I'll be able to get better conditioning.
