Hi there,we all know that if we wanna get(im not talkin about defined muscles)..but shredded like for a BBing contest ,the basis of da diet is to create a calorie deficit ..but that's not enough ..soo my question is " How is the best path to manipulate carbs in da diet and withouth starvation nor stuffing with excess protein "?
control your caloric intake, and eat only veges , like green leafy veges, and broc.. there are alot of useful information in the nutrition section on all of this stuff.. happy hunting..

Layne in Natural Bodybuilding section has some great articles. When i did my contest, i ate most of my carbs first thing in the morning. Most of my carbs came from cream of wheat and brocilli. It really depends on your body, you have to play around with it to see what works best for you. When i got close to contest i was only taking in 25-30grams of carbs aday if that. You definitely need the protein- which i got mine from chicken and salmon. Hope this helps alittle man.
