Hey I'm 8 weeks out from my first show and I am getting my bf% tested on Saturday by fitness wave.... Last time I was at 11% and I have been dieting down and have lost a pretty good bit of weight....But what do you all think would be good for 8 weeks out i was thinking around 7-8 % at the most ? but i just wanted to see everyones opinion...

at the most 10-9%. At 2weeks out, you should really be dialing it in. It really depends also on how low you are planning on getting. Put pic's up and we can better help you.

Well got my results from Fitness Wave... I was 7.3% bf so I was happy and I am planning on being 4-5% on the day of my competition (August 18)

Definitely, if you at 7.3% you are right on track man. If you keep doing what you are doing you will be fine, wish you the best of luck

its not all about what bodyfat you are, its how you look in the mirror. this should be the most important tool when deciding what you have to change in your diet. Judges don't judge you on what bodyfat you are, obviously it has to be low but its not the most important factor
