Hey fellas! Just wondering how long i can continue to use
NO Xplode. It really seems to help my workouts and energy levels but I hate marking down those calories and carbs from it ... plus it has lots of sodium and carbs. Is two weeks out long enough or should i cut it out at 4 weeks.
Also -- I have been eating the hell out of those frozen chicken breasts (cause thier cheap) but they have a ton of sodium too! How long can i continue to eat them before i have to switch to fresh chicken? I feel very lean but still like i am holding a lot of water and sodium. I think these two factors could be a mojor part. any thoughts?
any help is greatly appreciated. My show is July 28!
