What week to cut out NO Xplode?

Hey fellas! Just wondering how long i can continue to use NO Xplode. It really seems to help my workouts and energy levels but I hate marking down those calories and carbs from it ... plus it has lots of sodium and carbs. Is two weeks out long enough or should i cut it out at 4 weeks.

Also -- I have been eating the hell out of those frozen chicken breasts (cause thier cheap) but they have a ton of sodium too! How long can i continue to eat them before i have to switch to fresh chicken? I feel very lean but still like i am holding a lot of water and sodium. I think these two factors could be a mojor part. any thoughts?

any help is greatly appreciated. My show is July 28!

I would switch to fresh chicken, go to a bulk store an get fresh chicken and it pretty cheap, like Sam Club, Cosco. Chicken has good amount of sodium anyways thats why i put in fish as well. Not sure about the NO Xplode sorry, some cut it 4weeks out others dont cut it at all

Fresh chicken is always the best but if buying from a bulk stare still read the nutrition facts because some inject the chicken with sodium solution to make it weight more to make an extra buck. Just make sure its fresh and has little sodium. The NO XPLODE is tricky take a look at 4 weeks out

cycle it 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off. it'd be kinda cool to take before a comp i'd think cuz of the dilation of the veins, but a quick sugar or something could do just the same thing.
