It's possible to use it for pre-contest .. somenone told me to not use it because it causes a water retintion .. i want your recommendations guys about that .. and if it's possible .. what's the perfect dose ( 5 gram b4 workout ) ?

if your going to use it, cut it out at least 6 weeks before your contest, if not sooner.

hey i heared that creatine traps water into the muscle and not under the skin is that true

if you're talking about NO2, i think its a good supplement and probably could use around comp. time because it increases bloodflow, and makes you a little more defined, im not sure if it causes water retention however
