Pre-contest carb cycling question ?

Should i cycle carb in order to zig zag my diet and to change my metobolism .. for instanse :

Day1 : 200 gram .. and the following day is 150 and 210 like this ?

Is that Necessary .. or keep it normal .. i eat 180- 200 gram Carbs all from rice - whole wheat bread - oatmeal and veggies

as long as you keep losing weight with your current diet then i dont think you need to carb cycle. but if your not losing weight thne i say go for it. i would stick wtih lo carbs on rest days, moderate carbs on training days. then have your high carb day the day your training your worst bodypart.
