hey guys im at 198 lbs at around 12-13% bodyfat. im trying to get around 6%-7% bodyfat in about 3-4 months. i do cardio about 5-6 times a week 2x a day
my current diet is: 1 high carb day(400g) 1 low carb day (200g). so basically high low high low etc...
is this what you guys do to lower your bodyfat during precontest?
to loose yur body fat
- train hard
- do cardio 2 times a day, morning and straitly after training (half hour each)
- decrease the amount of carbs u r eating
- try always 2 eat protien bars ... 0 carbs.
- decrease the amount of water (1 week before the competition) specially 1 day before the competition , drink nearly only 1 cup of water
