so I did my first show this past March and it was a great experience. I training for my second show coming up in May as we speak. my question is what kinda foods do you think are good to eat the day of? on the day of my first show i really didnt eat much cause i was afraid i wasnt going to make weight, throughout the day i had a couple of rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly but dat was about it. any ideas ? what should i eat for breakfast?
