i have another little tip for this if you bring your elbows more foward(spreding your shoulder blads) and then try to bring your hands towards the judge(so you have elbows sligthly away from judges and hands slightly towards judges) more defintion comes out in the upper back... Just what ive noticed while trying to learn to pose

Great post bro, will come in very handy if I decide to hit the stage for first time next year. Oh another little tip that I got from a pro that work for me that the guys may like about leg flexing.

When your legs are in the front double biceps stancem pretend you are trying to rip the ground apart (outwards) using your feet.
Side chest pretend you are riding a skate board (pushing off) that wont move this will help flex the calf but also get the Hamstring bowing nicely.

well, not everyone can use the same poses, one guy might look great in a side tricep, while another could look like crap. The basic thing is to choose a speed that you want your routine to go at (music dictates speed), choose the approx. number of poses you want in your routine (this also depends on speed). then once you get the poses picked, place then in an order to which you can make good transitions in between in pose. like, its pretty much impossible to make a transition from, say, and front double bi to a rear lat spread, so dont put poses that make transitions look bad near eachother like that.
