well, not everyone can use the same poses, one guy might look great in a side tricep, while another could look like crap. The basic thing is to choose a speed that you want your routine to go at (music dictates speed), choose the approx. number of poses you want in your routine (this also depends on speed). then once you get the poses picked, place then in an order to which you can make good transitions in between in pose. like, its pretty much impossible to make a transition from, say, and front double bi to a rear lat spread, so dont put poses that make transitions look bad near eachother like that. |
