everybody feels low in energy during the diet, but the important thing is if you are getting more and more cuts or not. Since there is no picture, it's hard to comment whether you need carb depletion/loading, but if your show is on Sunday, you can go on low carb (50-100g) on Mon.Tue, and Wed. Make sure to drink enough fluid and increase your protein intake a little bit more if necessary. If you are already on contest condition, when you go on extremely low carb, your body should be looked like "shredded too much" coz body doesn't hold water and makes your skin tight. If not, you don't have to do anthing.
On Thur, Fri, and Sat, you can do carb loading, for me from about 200g. Protein should be 1g/lb. It's hard to say coz I don't know how much carb you take now and usually.
I like to eat rice cakes because it doesn't have sugar and dry. I've tried to carb up with rice, but since rice holds lots of water, it made my body looked smooth.
If you do carb loading, make sure you don't get any fat. If you do fat loading, I don't know about it.
If your condition is not ready enough, carb loading/depeletion or other stuff won't work.
