as a bodybuilder we want to keep as much muscle as possible so it made me think if walking 2hrs a day will i get lean enough for a contest? i mean ronnie and jay and the rest of the pro´s do that type of cardio so it made think if a natural bodybuilder could do that?

I think low intensity cardio like light jogging is best cuz fat needs to be oxigenated in order to be burned ..lets say 30-45 min around ...and when U R running on time like when a contest is very soon
u can switch from low cardio days w/ high intensity cardio like intervals

I ride my eliptical machine and maintain my heart rate, which is a much lower intensity then when i have my mp3 player going. I don't realy get a good sweat from it. But most articles that I read are pointing toward this. I still got at high intensity during my time frame. I can't really tell if I'm loosing muscle or not..
