Im looking to get cut more than I am right now Im very physical and pt like crazy I eat pretty clean and am starting to see cuts but what do I need to get dry and hard. I do alot of powerlifting not really trying to be body builder. Just want to look good u know? whats a good diet? I drink lots of green tea very little water and plan to do 9 egg whites a day. what else would help? dandelion? ive pretty much illimanted all the fats and condiments. I have attatched photo
I don't know much about dieting , but i have a great pair of abs , if u want good abs when you work them out at home or at the gym , try to pull your abs in so that way you build nice abs ,and you don't build out . "like some body builders with humongous bellyes " lol

What's your diet like? Food journal? I can make suggestions at that point. And you do know that powerlifting styled stuff doesn't depend on looks right?
