drinking eggs

i have a very strict diet and have no problem staying on it but breakfeast i usually east 6 eggs 3 with yolk 3 without and lately i have found myself unable to eat it i just cant get it down it tasts so awkword i even threw up once/puked so now that pretty much means no eggs unless i can drink them like in the movie rocky or is that bad for me???

If its eggs straight from the shell, yes.. your body wont digest them properly and you wont get the nutrients you should.

Egg whites from a carton however are pasturized (basically cooked), so you can drink them straight from the carton and still get the nutrients. Just check the carton to make sure they are pasturized, im pretty sure all are.

trying scrambling them and then pour the mix into boiling water..wait 5 mintes then scoop them out and put hotsauce on them or ketchup//

drinking eggs is retarded. opt for some other form of protien instead till u can handle the taste of eggs again. and besides, having eggs raw aint smart

Nothing wrong with raw eggs. Been eaten them all my life, never gotten sick. Know tons of peeps who eat them, they have never gotten sick. Needing to cook them to get the nutrients is a myth. The only thing to be concerned with is biotin deficiancy if you eat only the whites. This is due to the glycoprotein avidin, which has a remarkable affinity for biotin. Cooking or heating to pasteurization will denature the avidin and destroy it's affinity to biotin. If you eat the egg whites raw you will need to supplement your diet with exogenous biotin or just add some yolks which are one of natures best natural sources.

Why would anyone eat the eggs in a raw form? Heating the egg protein actually changes its chemical shape, and it is this change in the protein structure which can easily be a cause of allergies. The heating also destroys many of the nutrients and proteins found inside the egg.

Does the chicken embryo cook the white before feeding on it?

In nutrition, proteins are broken down through digestion that begins in the stomach. Proteins are broken down by enzymes known as proteases into smaller polypeptides to provide amino acids for the organism, including the essential amino acids that the organism cannot biosynthesize itself. Aside from their role in protein synthesis, amino acids are also important nutritional sources of nitrogen.

Different proteins have different levels of biological availability to the human body. Many methods have been introduced to measure protein utilization and retention rates in humans. They include biological value, Net Protein Utilization or NPU, and PDCAAS (Protein Digestability Corrected Amino Acids Score) which was developed by the FDA as an improvement over the PER method. These methods examine which proteins are most efficiently used by the body. In general they conclude that animal complete proteins that contain all the essential amino acids such as milk, eggs, meat, and the complete vegetable protein soy are of most value to the body.
