WELL, FOR EXAMPLE..SPICY TUNA ROLL WHICH INCLUDES RICE, TUNA AND SOME VEGETABLE....SOUND PRETTY HEALTHY TO ME. I GUESS I JUST NEED TO WATCH THE CARBS (RICE).

It really depends on the type of sushi. I know of a few types of sushi with no mayo, where its just tuna-wasabi-rice.
