Hey all I am getting ready for my show in Oct. on the 15th. I still have one full week were I can train and diet as planned, then the week after that will be "hell" week. My problem is my conditioning and everything is at a point where losing anymore weight will put me in a lower weight class come "hell" week and I my chest is already looking a little flat and I am still dropping weight. I thought about lowering my cardio or adding some carbs at another meal time. My protein is already at 340 grams, my carbs are at 150 grams, my fats are at 24 grams, and I do an hour of cardio six days out of the week. I weigh 173lbs.right now, and need to stay around 173-175lbs. because come "hell" week I usually drop five to six pounds of water. Anyone with advice, it would be greatly appreciated! |
