Ok, I'm going to be going strong on my diet in the middle of this month when I'm back from vacation and there's no distractions.

Anyway, can you guys help me figure out what weight I would have to get down to in order to be 10% to 12% Bodyfat?... Currently, I am 247pnds with a handheld scale measurement of 23.5% bodyfat. The guy at my gym said I had 58 pounds of bodyfat of me....... now, I can't lose 58 pounds obviously, so again what weight would I have to drop to in order to be 10%...? 215...? 220...? any suggestions.

247@23.5%BF
LBM=189lbs
Fat=58lbs
189lbs + 10%(18.9lbs)=207.9lbs
Provided you don't lose or gain muscle while dieting down. You need to monitor BF as your cutting if your concerned about losing Muscle and adjust your diet accordingly. You could lose 60lbs and still not be at 10% if you don't do it correctly.

^^^Right. Thanks. I'm hoping to have a good diet in check, but I know it's less than likely to lose just all fat but I think I know where I need to get down to with your input...thanks again.

Actually he would have to get to 210lbs to be at 10%, assuming no LBM loss.
189 / .9 = 210
210 * .1 = 21
210 - 21 = 189
