hey guys as some of you know i was powerlifting, but i decided to switch over to the bodybuilding world. my first goal is to drop 50 lbs so i can see what i got under all the bloat. i weigh 325 @5'10. if theres anybody who competes, could you give me some tips or like arnold would say "advices". mainly diet i got the training down, and supplements. my goal now is to cut up. any advice would be great. thanks. oh yea i also have a very physical job, do you think that can hinder results?

Okay, one clean up your diet. Only have cheat or junk food on one day of the week. Two, cardio, cardio, cardio. It sucks trust me I know I am getting ready for a show right now. I would recommend trying to work up to 45 minutes a day. Third, bump up your sets and reps a little to get away from the powerlifting regiment.
