Are you a believers in "If your abs show, you won't grow"??

I am 18 weeks out from my next comp and 5 weeks from my last. I am now 75kgs (from 66) and aiming to get to approx. 82kgs. Should I go all out and add some more BF or should I keep my condition and go to approx 10% BF.

Will I make the gains I need if I stay relatively lean?

id say bulk up for a few more weeks and depending on your experience with cutting down and how well your body responds to it, give it 13-15 weeks of a good cut which will bring your definition and aesthetics out real nice. you should have been bulking i hope all this time before your show. but now its kinda hard to say because 18 weeks isnt far from 13 weeks but still u can bulk up but just keep bf below 15% other wise it will be hard to cut and get back to what you want to look like on stage.
