Are you a believers in "If your abs show, you won't grow"??

I am 18 weeks out from my next comp and 5 weeks from my last. I am now 75kgs (from 66) and aiming to get to approx. 82kgs. Should I go all out and add some more BF or should I keep my condition and go to approx 10% BF.

Will I make the gains I need if I stay relatively lean?

ummm if your 18 weeks out definetley until your around 12 weeks out or so that means 6 weeks of hardcore eating and heavy lifting but i say yes cause you wont gain what your looking for by then and im sure youd love to actually get more weight than you say or you wouldnt mind so yes add some more BF

I've read that about 10% bf is optimal for putting on quality mass...though it's definitely easier to pork out some...

Most say once you diet your muscle gains are done.If your calories are below 1500 cals there will be no muscle mass gains.

probably depends on various people, but for the most part yes, bulking will give you muscle gains along with fat gains, some people have the genetics to add quality muscle while staying lean, just depends
