At 170lbs is it worth it to even try a npc show Im 2 weeks out but i've been looking at pics online and it seems all the teens are like 210lbs contest

no man totally go for it. I just competed in a npc teen contest, and stepped on stage at 172. I not only won the lightweights but took 2nd overall. The scale means nothing dude. Go for it with all you got and tear up the competition. If you have the proportions and posing, you can out class much heavier guys. They don't call them giant killers for nothing.

eat fish and tan is all i know of. lotion seems to help a little bit.

it will burn and turn your skin a little (or alot) red. i would only do it in problem areas.

Hehehe, I was just joking, I'm not contest ready, but hard a as rock. I came from a town where we have the best fish adn shellfish in the world, I have the income guaranteed.

The best lotion you can have is a massage from a chick.

I would definitely do the contest also, because you could be a huge cat but have no symmetry and a cat that comes in cut and good symmetry should take it. At least that is what im hoping for in Oct. Also heard prep H works well but will burn the mess out of ya!
