Hello all you legends,

I was wondering if any body could give me some advice.
I have recently just competed in The Australian (Sydney) ANB Titles and placed 4th in the under 70kg. I went in smaller than many of the competitors at 66.5 kg's and obviously need to add some mass. The judges recommend I add the mass. I have 21 weeks before the next comp and would love to compete in it (after such amazing experience last time - (I felt like a rockstar on stage)).
With 8 weeks of dieting that leaves me 13 weeks to add 3 - kgs of lean mass. Off season I will remain pretty lean 9 - 10% body fat. Can this be done. I am 5.8 and a typical Meso/Endomorphic body tpe. Can put on muscle relatively easily but also gain fat easily.

What do you reckon and what would you suggest?

I appreciate your feedback.

Train hard, get massive!!!!!

Congrats on competing bro - it is a blast isn't it?

You should "rebound" back to previous levels of previous size pretty quickly but do it cleanly. After that it is all about diet and commitment - post your previous diet and current diets - that is what will make or break you meeting your goals.
