precontest diets are made for an individual body type/structure. I dont agree with the water control posted on that site, but i guess everyone is different. In the end a trial run before the show is always helpful.. maybe 2 - 3 weeks out. practice the loading process and cutting the water. You will be grateful in the end that you did so you dont end up looking flat as a pancake from no fullness, or ending up holding water like spongebob.

if you havent started your prep then i would be worried, depending on your bodyfat, bodytype i think most favor a gradual fat loss approach, instead of taking 12 weeks for your prep and trying to strip off the fat taking all your hard earned gains with it. That page only gave you the outline for the last weeks prep, carb load / water control.

I am skinny 8-10% fat so not worried about being cut.

Worried about posing and being booed off stage

Just watch the olympia videos and take poses away from them. Also learn and perfect the mandatory poses.

Yes, but practicing proper posing form 3-4 weeks out REALLY helps to bring out certain muscle groups and helps "etch" in definition in those crucial last few weeks/days. Also, hitting your leg poses and holding them throughout all of your upper body shots is critical. In almost every single pose you have to stick your legs tight while upper body muscles get a break every now and then. Remember, practice makes perfect...
