Now, creatine CAN be used for the last few days of contest prep and it doesn't necessarily have to be used the way your link says it does. Also, for anyone who says that creatine makes them hold water so there is no way that creatine can be used pre-contest, just remember that water/carb manipulation is attempting to pull out water sub-cutaneously and whatever "water" the creatine is retaining should be in the muscles only if everything is done correctly.
