
My competition is 3 weeks away. I was wondering if i should take dandelion root and x-pel? I heard some diurectics were dangerous. I am going to do the sodium load and depletion just wondering if it was safe to do both the dandelion and x-pel. The dandelion root pillls each have 500 mg, so how much should i take,and when should i start taking it? it starts at 6:00pm! And this is my first comp. so just wondering i know everyone is different but how much water weight did you guys usually loose?
