I was going to order some pro tan. I ordered the 8 oz and was wondering if i should get some more. I would like to put on 4 or 5 coats, i don't want to run out. How many days before the contest should I start applying the tan? And what kind of posing oil is the best should i go with muscle juice or just use pam or any other suggestions. -thanks-

for 4-5 coats one 8oz bottle should be fine unless your like jay or ronnie. as far as applying it, some ppl (like me) start 3 days out, with two coats per day, while others will do every coat the night before the show. i have always used pam but i see ppl using muscle juice all the time. either one works fine. muscle juice would be a bit easier to use.
