I wanted to get some input on anyone else out there who practices the precontest prep of "shitloading". For anyone who doesn't know, this is basically the loading of junkfood the night before and day of the show. I would just like to hear some other people's practices on doing this, sodium depletion/loading, water, how early you start, etc. I did this last year and it worked great but I sure would like some more input. If someone wants an example, I can post what I did last year.

i have never tried this. from what i understand you do the same minipulation of water/sodium, and then you just eat some pizza or a burger the night before pre-judging. the extra sodium fills you out, but if you over do it you will hold water and look smooth.

its one of those things you just have to try.

Ya, this is what I did last time, do you think you could take a look gumby and see if there is anything you would change. So far I am thinking of starting a tad earlier and throwing in a cheesburger. I am also thinking of a larger breakfast of french toast, omelette and some toast with butter and jelly. It worked well last time but I didn't have my dyazide in time so I was still holding a slight layer of water. This time that will not be there!!

FRIDAY
1030AM-1 cup of coffee
1130AM-2 chicken breasts, 1 cup of water
200PM-2 chicken breasts, 1 ice cube
300PM-supplements and 1 sip of water
508PM-1 aspirin, 1 sip of water
535PM-2 chicken breasts, 1 ice cube
650PM-1 ice cube
750PM-1 chicken breast,1 ice cube
857PM-1 sip of water with aldactone and supps.
1000PM-3 Taraxatone, 1 sip of water
1050PM-3 slices of Pepperoni Pizza, 1 ice cube
SATURDAY
1226AM-2 donuts
1245AM-1 slice of pizza
0230AM-Donut and drink of water
0500AM-2 donuts
0550AM-1 cup of coffee
0625AM-1 sausage, egg, cheese Mcgriddle from Mcdonalds
0635AM-1 ice cube
0730AM-1 donut, 2 rieces peanut butter cups.
0800AM-1 donut
0845AM-1 snickers bar, 2 drinks of coca cola
0930AM-1 donut
0950AM-1 donut, 2 drinks of coca cola
On stage at 1035AM

how long are you going without carbs? i meen, from what day to friday night?

also, i wouldnt eat so close to the pre-judging because you will bloat.

Ya, I keep it pretty light before stage, I didn't have a bloat problem with my stomach at all. This next show, there is a lot of classes so it will be a while before I get on stage.

I am debating on even going without carbs, I went 0 carbs the thurs and fri before the show and I just felt flat. I am thinking about just dropping them to 100g per day, I am still at 225g per day right now and will be up until the wednesday before the show. I am looking at going 0 sodium on the thurs and fri before the show and looking to start with the pizza a tad earlier. I think the idea of the higher sodium food early and then switch over to the fast acting carbs and sugar about midnight or 1. Again, this is so touchy, I just really want to get another opinion on it and a different viewpoint. I appreciate any suggestions as well.

This is how I came in, I am A LOT leaner this year and 10lbs heavier this time. My legs are also bigger, I had to cut it off because I am not able to resize it to the dimensions needed.

dude, you look fuckin awesome.

ok, so your gonna do sort of an opposite carb load? you keep taking in carbs until wed., then you gut them out of thursday and friday, then start loading on friday night?

if what i described is right then you must have a crazy fast metabolism. i wouldnt recommend going 0 sodium on thrusday and friday, because if you have almost no sodium in your system, then eat some pizza and a burger, it might be a little bit of a shock to your body.

Thanks bro, appreciate it.

Ya, I just have a bad reaction everytime I go with no carbs so I cannot go to zero but just enough to keep my glycogen stores from being completely depleted.

I hear ya on the zero sodium and that is one of the things that I still havn't decided on along with the carbs. I figure if I go 0 sodium, along with the diuretics, it should suck the water out subcutaneously and use it to fill the muscles. As long as I stay completely dry, it should work like that, you think?

are you potassium loading as well? i wouldnt go so heavy on the diuretics w/ the low salt, i would take the diuretics, but keep the salt a low (not 0) level. that way once you eat the pizza ect., its not such a shock, but since you have the diuretics in your system your still losing water.

i donno, i've read that you shouldnt mess with potassium if your shitloading, but i've also read that you should. so its a toss up.

I've seen pro's shit load before the contest. They're on cytomel and other stuff like proviron, masteron tt hardens them out. I know for certain tt if u take ephedrine and shit load, u'll still look gd in the limelight.
