I dont think you are ready for a show my friend, but if you insist Dont use any creatine on the day of your comp. iIF you are natural use dandylion root to rid water. To fill out on the day of the show have a glass of red wine. It will act as a vasodiolater.

Fat burner---EXN by BMF is a good one to try.

Creatine CAN be used in contest prep - even on the day of the show. Use your taurine and potassium sumplements the same way you would normally use them. Cramps can happen even without creatine so just be aware either way - stay loose and listen to your body.

As for a fat burner - ephedrine (bronkaid/vasopro) or clenbuterol but these aren't exactly "on the market."

What stage of your contest prep are you in?

ok, as far as creatine loading i dont know that much about it. from what i have read/heard. you stop taking it at least 3 weeks out. loading the day of hte show (to pull water from the skin) is somethign i have never tried, i know some guys who have done it with good results though. bottom line is you'll have to try it for yourself.

take no more then 90mg's of potassium every hour. also stick with dandelion root like tapout said.

as far as fat burners go i like xenodren NRG. anything xenodrin is great.

Well actually im 6 weeks out i ve lost about 15 pounds need to loose bout 10 more to get in the class i would like to be in. The college i go to is doing it so it may not be a real contest but i m training like it is. This i think will be good experience for me in the future! I think this site will help out a lot too! It's called Mississippi State's Hardest Body, yea sounds gay I weigh 205 and need to be in the 195 class so i will have more of a competition. My diet consists of 2 days of low carbs and then a high carb day and repeat! I lift six days a week and do 2 sessions on the treadmill for an hour a piece 6 days a week. I am currently taking cell mass no xplode and pump tech. I would be thankful of any advice of what i should be doing or shouldn't be doing.
