I'm trying to train for a comp, and am wondering what type of proportions I should have. I'm about 6'1", weighing about 215 with very little body fat. Measuring myself it looks like my arms are about 17", my neck is 18", my chest is about 48" and my waist is 34". I'm just wondering if from these, you guys might have some feedback on what I need to improve upon. Thanks. |
