Training experience: I have been into working out since I was 15. I started to get more serious and got some quality gains when I moved away to college. I was beginning to do grocery shopping on my own, and started to read a lot about nutrition and really focus on my diet.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): During my summer break I was doing the Layne Norton Power/hypertrophy routine. I gained some great strength. Now that I am at school, I wanted to switch up my routine because I find that my body adapts quickly to the same routine. I lift 4 days, and do cardio the other 3 days.
Chest and triceps consists of flat bench, incline bench, incline DB flyes, pec deck, v-bar pushdowns, rope pushdowns, and dips. DB and BB bench will be switched almost every week.
Legs consists of leg press, squat, leg extensions, leg curls, SLDL, standing calf raises, and seated leg raises.
Back and biceps consists of wide grip pulldowns, seated cable rows, DB rows, rack deadlifts, reverse wide grip pulldowns, straight bar curls, alternating DB curls, and hammer curls.
Shoulders and traps consists of military press, lateral raises, bent over laterals, front raises, reverse pec deck, and shrugs. I throw in some calf exercises in here as well.
I will switch the exercises around each month or whenever I feel my body is adapting.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I do 3 days of cardio, all 30 minute sessions. 1 of the days is on the elliptical, and the other 2 are on the stairmaster. I'm still experimenting to see if I need this much cardio, because with being an ectomorph, I don't want to be doing too much.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): ON 100% Whey, ON Casein, ON Glyco-maize, USP Labs Jack3d. If I recieve the opportunity to test and log E-911, I will stop taking Jack3d asap to provide more accurate information.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I'm currently in a bulk. Everyday my goal is to take in 300 grams of protein, and 400 grams of carbs. My diet is not the same everyday due to my school and work schedule, but I can post a list of the foods that I eat everyday if needed.
Current Daily water intake: Between 180 to 200 ounces per day
Short Term Goal: Get to 215 by January 2010 naturally.
Long Term Goal: Compete in my university bodybuilding competition in March of 2010.

I just received an email from Leslie at LG. I asked if we can do international testers and she told me that we just can't ship to Canada and Australia, so I'm pretty sure you can apply.

Thanks Medic I love stims but no shipy to canada booo lol. Im guessing were not going to get it here or if we do it will be the 'canadian formula'. That 'Synephrine' sounds like ephedrine type thing eh? So that and caffeine in one pill is a no go in canada, probably why.

I could use a new stimulant. My NO is making me so sick to my stomach lately, I don't know what's going on. And anyone who knows my logs will know that I'll keep good track of everything.

Training experience:
I've been lifting since highschool but I really learned everything in college. Once I got out, I picked up bodybuilding and have been training and competing since January of 2008.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I just started a new split to accomodate for strongman training 1-2 times a week. It looks like this:
Sunday: strongman
Monday: rest
Tuesday: arms, shoulders
Wednesday: strongman
Thursday: legs
Friday: chest
Saturday: back
I don't have a specific regimine for each muscle group, but in general, I train a heavy compound lift first with a 5x5, then 1 (or 2 for larger muscle groups) similiar lift or isolation for 4 or 5x8-12, and a final isolation exercise which I like to burnout on. I can refer you to my log for every minute detail.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I do not do cardio at this point in my cycle. Strongman is enough anearobic work that I count it towards cardio.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
Scivation Whey
Scivation BCAA's
Scivation Sesamin Oil
Amp NO (GNC is probably why it's amking me feel sick, haha)

Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 3 egg whites 3 whole eggs

Meal 3: 7oz meat with 1 cup green beans and 1/2 cup oats and whey
Meal 4: same as meal 3
Workout: 1 scoop Whey 2 scoops BCAAs
Post: Blueberries with 1/4scoop whey 2 scoops Cellmass
Meal 5: 7oz meat with 1/2 cup green beans with some cho thrown in
Meal 6: 2 scoops whey with 2 tbsp natty PB and 1 scoop cellmass

Current Daily water intake: I can't be sure. I would piss clear if it weren't for my multi, haha.
Short Term Goal: Add lean mass while staying close to competition weight.
Long Term Goal: Win a Natural Bodybuilding show

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Basically my current stack.. I try new things every now and then (the cellmass and the liver tabs are on probation :P). I've tried Prime, some different NOs (BSN, Muscletech). Other than that, nothing fancy.

What do you want to log and why?: I mentioned in the supplement section of the app that I like trying new things. Some work, some don't, but I definitely come at it with a neutral perspective and an analytical mindset. I figure out what is placebo and what I can actually attribute to the supp itself. (I'm a scientist in real life...Experimenting accurately is my job, lol.) I'm just looking to see if this is a solid product for focus and intensity in the gym. I've got plenty of weak areas and in order to endure the roughest, I have to have the energy.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

current schedule:
monday: chest/abs
tueday: back
wednesday: shoulders/traps/abs
thursday: legs and calves
friday: bis/tris

currently doing the fst-7 style (9 weeks and lovin it baby )
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

just the walking that i get from my university to my house that will be 30 mins 3 times a week

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): whey( gnc lol i know) and fish oils thats it
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): my diet is always the same

6 am
1 cup of oats
500ml whole milk
1 scoop of whey
a cookie :)

9 am (preworkout)
200ml of yougurt
half coup of oats
whey if i want
500mg of vit c

12am (post workout)
whey (30g)
white rice

1 pm
2 chicken breasts or 4 legs
1 cups of brown rice
vegetebles or a salad
2 tortillas

4:30 pm
1 can of tuna
32 grams of peanuts
4 slices of turkey ham
some onion
lemon

8pm
2 whole eggs
1 cup of red beans
500ml of whole milk
2 grams of fish oils

Current Daily water intake:2-3 gallons a day
Short Term Goal: adding at least 3-4 solid pounds in one month
Long Term Goal: getting my bf to 7-8%
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: none
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): well just the usual

whey post workout
creatine post workout
fis oils two or three times a day

Current / Progress Photos: yes i have some in differents poses
Can you post "before" and "after" photos (yes or no): of course i can i always do it
What do you want to log and why?: i want to log my progress with the product and i want to log it because thats the only way i can keep a exact track of everything

Do you agree to start logging this product within on week of receiving?:
i can start the same day if you want

i live in El Salvador thats in center america i dont know if you want to keep it in the US if not i will be more than happy to be your tester

I mean its just a pre workout supp so you really cant go too far into detail. I just wanna know how it feels to you and if you feel a crash, or if you feel like your body has become immune to it. Stuff like that.
