For serious strength increases and hardness you really need to double or even triple the amount of the Methyl Masterdrol. I've seen serious improvements by using reversing the recommended dosage from 6 M1D and 3 MMV2 to 6 MMV2 and 3-4 M1D. No side effects, and tremendous strength and hardness. LG's recommended dosage didn't do much for anyone I know - 5-8 lbs real gain in 30 days can be attained by bumping your protein intake to 1.5-2 gm per lb body weight.
