They sure do my friend. But not in the combo pack like this. You would have to buy seperatley but they make 5lb whey and 10lb. In the Casein they make 4lb

Ill have to check with you tommorow bro. Usually its up to the consumer, somethimes they get chearged more by the receiving country and sometimes not. Let me find out for you first.
