I'd like to elaborate on my first statement.
First lets establish that the eat, train, sleep cycle is the basic combination we need for great bodies. His argument is based on his own opinion. If I were to address him i would say "What if the group that ate whatever they wanted, over ate?".
What he's saying isn't exactly wrong, but it's not correct. More of a half truth or making a point by exclusion. Anybody needs to understand to exercise you need to eat right and if you're eating right you should exercise to maximize everything. |
