Well like I said I'd try and widen my grip next chest workout, and I did. I had my pinky's on the bar rings. I really had to get my shoulder blades together and stick out the chest, but I think it worked. My chest is sore as usual, but I noticed the outside of it hurting a little more then usual. I'll stick with this for a while and see how it goes.
