I agree, the Girls who I know, dont seem to have gender issues, like islander says they desire to have the physique but seem ok with their genitalia. Where as the transexuals I have worked with told me they felt sickened by their genitals.
I would also like to add that many girls who are natural do have good quality muscle, like the UK's Ann Gardner and our own Vicky Mc cann on this website.
What you guys see its muscle in its extreme, when its in competition shape, faces look gaunt and physiques look at their extremes.
Have a look at some of these girls in off season shape and what you have is an athletic toned figure
