yea rodney is a beast they had a photo shoot with him 2 at the gym im not sure for wut magazine but he was benchin 500 like it was nothing

i dnt really know how much ... the gym use 2 be a self owned gym in lodi nj called east coast fitness n then they bought into golds so every1 who followed them to there new gym they cut a deal for a year membership

If I went there I'd be so distracted. Not that I'm saying its bad, actually I think the problem with that place is its a little TOO awesome. I'd be bodybuilding one day, then see the fighters and want to go back to BJJ, then I'd want to do some boxing. I wouldn't be able to get good at anything!
