I am impressed by the workout, but more impressed by the filming and you guys editing it and putting it to music. I can barely remember how to log on to this site every day. I always f!@k up the first step, turning the computer on.

I do like that song, I have software that turns youtube music videos into MP3s to put on my player, it will be next on my list.

I just a body comp test done 4 weeks ago. 5'9", 219, 9% bodyfat. I am hoping to get under 7 by end of September.
