I often wonder what he thinks of himself. I mean really... The mental trauma to go from arguably Mr. Olympia to where he is now in terms of size.. maybe it helps to know that in a few months he can get back to where he was. What a mind**** that is.

thats amazing, he only needed a little push to get that up, after 4 years of no wieghts, strong dude right there, def one of the all time greats cant wait to see if he competes again

well 315 for 10 and 385 for 4 sumtimes 5 which in my mind tells me Im probably back to where I could do 405 at least once but I havent done a one rep max in a while.Im not even suppose to be going heavy but im stubborn

**** Im injured enough already i dont think my body could take me trying to go heavy all the time.Besides theres no way i could eat like you need to do PLing.Im to cautious about my carbs and stuff

It might not mean that much to him how he looked maybe it was more about the competition. Does seem a bit strange that he stopped training completely.

No, I believe they owned the gym where he worked out. His parents both passed away from cancer while he was younger I believe.
