I'm going to try to do a few, hurt my elbow Friday, but I should still be able to do flys, I'm going to go easy pressing for a little bit to make sure it was just a strain.
Then I want to do some shoulder pressing maybe some shrugs. The lifts I can actually do good at lol. Do you have any videos? Now that Prime came out with his, we all need to jump on the BBD wagon and get some on here
BTW I don't know why some of those people even post some of those videos. Like ones of people almost killing themselves lol, if I dropped a weight on my face I wouldn't post it.
